Owner-Occupied Home Staging
You already have the foundation. Let’s bring out its best.
Your home doesn’t need to be emptied and completely redesigned to make a beautiful impression. Frresh begins with what you already own—your furniture, décor, artwork, and accessories—and thoughtfully edits, rearranges, and styles your spaces for the market.
When something additional would truly benefit the presentation, we’ll recommend it. Nothing unnecessary.
The goal is simple:
Help buyers see your home—not your belongings—and imagine themselves living there.

Need a few finishing touches? If additional items would enhance the presentation, Frresh can recommend or shop for them with your approval—you remain in control of the budget.
Simple, Transparent Pricing
Every home is different, but understanding what to expect shouldn’t be complicated.
Frresh owner-occupied staging is priced based on the size of the home and staging needs, with clear pricing provided before any work begins.
Your staging service focuses first on using what you already own. If additional décor or accessories are recommended, you decide what—if anything—you’d like to purchase.
No surprises. No unnecessary purchases. Just thoughtful staging designed around your home.

Vacant Home Staging
An empty room is a blank canvas. Let’s give buyers something to imagine.
Vacant homes can sometimes make it difficult for buyers to understand the scale, purpose, and possibilities of a space. Frresh thoughtfully stages key areas to create warmth, definition, and a sense of home.
Rather than filling every room, Frresh focuses on the spaces that make the greatest impact and create a welcoming first impression.
Thoughtful. Intentional. Never overdone.
